TO: Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Sabas Sanchez and any Unknown Persons Who Claim an Interest in the Property Located at Lot Number Two (2), Block “A”, Townsite of Lyford, Willacy County, Texas, Defendants:

GREETINGS:

You are hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable 197th District Court, Willacy County, Texas, at the Courthouse of said County in Raymondville, Texas, at or before 10 o’clock a.m. of the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days from the date of service of this citation, then and there to answer the Original Petition of Mauricio Martinez and Margarita Martinez, Plaintiffs, filed in said Court on the 23rd day of April, 2018, against the Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Sabas Sanchez and any Unknown Persons who Claim an Interest in the Property Located at Lot Number Two (2), Block “A”, Townsite of Lyford, Willacy County, Texas, Defendants, and said suit being numbered 2018-CV-0181-A on the docket of said Court, and entitled Mauricio Martinez and Margarita Martinez v. Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Sabas Sanchez and any Unknown Persons who Claim an Interest in the Property Located at Lot Number Two (2), Block “A”, Townsite of Lyford, Willacy County, Texas.

A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: Trespass to Try Title for the land described as Lot Number Two (2), Block “A,” Townsite of Lyford, Willacy County, Texas according to the map and plat of such townsite on record in the office of the county clerk of Willacy County, Texas.

Said Plaintiff’s Petition was filed in said court by:

If this citation is not served within ninety days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
